The data generated by the use of any of our platforms and services can be recorded in our Building Log Book platform so that you have a permanent Asset Management facility for your building or portfolio of buildings. A Building Log Book contains all the records of a building‘s design specification, plans, modifications, maintenance and utility bills. The Log Book is automatically updated and provides an invaluable resource for managing your valuable assets.

DIGITAL TWIN

The ultimate version of a Building Log Book is a Digital Twin which is a BIM model of the building with all the Log Book data and records connected to the elements of the BIM model. The BIM model can be augmented by 3D laser scans of the actual building and specific spaces within it. Simulation models and other technologies can be added.
